Plan Your Visit

  • Participants on the Main Courses must be at least 6 years of age, 48″ tall, AND able to grasp a cable 60” above your head while flat footed.
  • Must be at least 60″ (5 ft) tall for the Blue & Black courses-see Courses chart on the main page for restrictions.
  • Weight Limit: 265 lbs. and subject to harness fit
  • All participants must complete a lower level course (Yellow/Green) before moving up to the next level.
  • Sneakers, athletic, hiking or closed toed shoes required. No sandals or Crocs.
  • GLOVES ARE MANDATORY when traversing the courses in the main park. You are more than welcome to bring your own or we do have gloves available for purchase at check-in.
  • Absolutely no smoking, drugs, or alcohol allowed in the Adventure Park. Anyone suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave the Park immediately and no refunds will be granted. The Course Managers reserve the right to deny access to the Park to anyone for any reason at any time.
  • Not recommended for people who are pregnant or who have existing health conditions that may prevent them from participating. 
  • All guests entering the park must complete a waiver of liability form.
  • All participants must remove any dangling jewelry.
  • All participants must empty pockets of any loose items that would cause injury to those below if they were to fall.
  • All long hair must be appropriately fastened back so as to prevent the possibility of getting caught in any of the equipment.
  • Minors (anyone under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult while at the park. No minors are to be dropped off and left (even if they are allowed to participate on the courses solo) at any time.
  • Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in.
  • Wear comfortable clothing, closed-toe shoes (NO CROCS) and apply bug spray before putting on your harness
  • Outside food is currently allowed (no alcohol or glass containers, please).
  • Snacks and gifts are available for purchase at check-in
  • You will be prompted to use the restroom prior to your adventure. You will be in a harness for 3 hours, and the nearest restroom is at check-in. Trust us-just go ahead and go. 
  • Dress for the weather-wear layers when appropriate. In the event of weather-related closures, park management will contact you by phone or email to coordinate a reschedule
  • HYDRATE-this is a physical, outdoor activity. Water refill stations are available around the park (we also sell bottles at check-in).
  • ONLY SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED
  • Reservations are STRONGLY recommended
  • Walk-Ins are based on availability. Please call us at 214-391-1000 or check our social media pages for updated info
  • Since our park has a limited capacity, your reservation HOLDS YOUR SPOT and prevents others from filling it. Because of this, we do have a NO REFUND policy.
  • However, if you find yourself unable to make your adventure, please contact us about rescheduling. Unsure when you’ll be able to reschedule? Park management can assign credit for your booking in our reservation system, allowing you to book again when you’re available.
  • Inclement weather during your adventure? Don’t let the rain spoil your fun! We will offer credits for you to return when the sun is shining.

While we do not charge for spectators who are not participating, we DO require all guests entering the park to complete a waiver prior to entry.
